How are glassybaby products made?
Each glassybaby is hand-blown by master glassblowers in our Seattle and Redmond hot shops. Because they are handmade, every piece is unique with slight variations in color, size, and weight.
Are glassybaby votives dishwasher safe?
We recommend hand-washing your glassybaby with warm water and mild soap. While they are durable, the intense heat and chemicals in a dishwasher can dull the finish over time.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer standard and expedited shipping across the United States. Due to the fragile nature of glass, each item is double-boxed and insured to ensure it arrives safely at your doorstep.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love your glassybaby. If you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of purchase, provided it is in its original, unused condition.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship primarily within the United States and Canada. For other international inquiries, please contact our customer service team for a custom shipping quote.
