Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your glassybaby; if for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on handcrafted glass within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and labels intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure safe passage for your glass.

• 3.
  Secure Your Shipment

  Carefully pack your glassybaby in its original box with protective padding to prevent breakage during transit, then affix the shipping label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned glass at our studio, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 7-10 business days.
